You talkin to me? (In your best NY accent)

That's right folks, it's time for some New York style bagels. I so agree with the author on bagel preference. Every time I go to my husbands parents or sisters, I look forward to that delicious NY style "water" bagel. There is nothing around here that even compares and I agree with the comment that it something about that NY water. Let's see if we can recreate it without driving to the Hudson for some of that NY water!

This formula looks like it takes a bit more time, so prepare your schedules over the next two weeks. I can't wait to read these posts - large or mini, toppings and kitchen messes!
