I made the cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning. I thought they were relatively easily and very tasty. I did realize that I need to buy a sifter with a hand crank. My hand almost wasn’t able to squeeze my sifter handle enough times to sift four cups of powder sugar. I ended up not using all of the icing so I think next time I will cut the recipe in ½ or maybe ¾ for the icing. And there will be a next time! I think this might be a Christmas tradition and it would be a great treat to serve to visiting families and friends throughout the year.

yum! i got busy and neglected the challenge, but you have inspired me to make these for New Years Day. Just have to plan on some kind of outdoorsy activity to burn off the yumminess :)
ReplyDeleteThese look fantastic! I am sO behind! And, I had checked out the book from the Library of Congress, and was required to turn it back in. Ugh. So, I'm going to try to check it back out and get caught up!
