Just a bunch of gals who love to bake. We decided to take on a new quest and merge our love for baking, cookbooks and blogging all into one. We began in October of 2009 with our first cookbook -"The Bread Baker's Apprentice; Mastering the Art of Extraordinary Bread" By Peter Reinhart. We bake 2 recipes a month and share our success, substitutions and woes along the way. Warning...this is not for the faint at heart or those who prefer box cake mix over homemade.
