March Madness with yeast

OK so excuse the corny title, but I couldn't resist. March has creeped in with lovely Miss Spring no where to be found (for those of you on the East Coast). But we power on with our formulas. Next stop is English Muffins. (We're skipping over Cranberry Walnut Celebration bread since that was an option in December) The English Muffin formula looks very fun, as the first line mentions how it's fun to do with kids. But based on my Ciabatta nightmares, I'm already aprehensive on those big holes. And don't forget to fork split your muffins as it mentions in the commentary.
